Weight of the safe and home construction are the determining factors. Safes up to 500kgs. can safely be placed on a 2nd floor that has adequate stairs and floor reinforcement. Normally a site survey will be required for upstairs delivery.

No, a standard fire safe will protect paper products only. Due to the high heat and humidity of a normal fire, photos and data should be stored in a data safe that does not allow the interior temperature to exceed 125 degrees.

No, it does not. Your insurance carrier will require insurance riders on jewellery or other valuables even though they are stored in your safe.
